Batch verification

Verify the whole schedule at once — not one patient at a time.

The slowest part of eligibility isn't any single lookup — it's doing it over and over, patient by patient, portal by portal. VeriPhy Health takes your whole schedule as one file and works the entire list in a single run.

Batch eligibility verification means checking an entire day's (or week's) patients in one pass instead of individually. With VeriPhy Health you export tomorrow's schedule from your EMR as a CSV, select it, sign in to each payer once, and get back a single results spreadsheet plus a named PDF for every patient it finds — across Availity, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Cigna, Florida Medicaid, and HealthSun.

How batch verification works

1

Load your list

Export tomorrow's schedule from your EMR as a spreadsheet (CSV) and pick it in VeriPhy Health. A sample file shows the exact format — a name, date of birth, and insurance are the essentials.

2

Log in — yourself

For each payer, VeriPhy opens the portal's login page and waits. You sign in with your own account; VeriPhy never sees or stores your passwords.

3

Get the results — on your computer only

A results spreadsheet per payer plus a PDF for every patient it finds, saved into a dated folder on your own machine. Minutes for a schedule that used to take a morning.

Common questions

What file format does it need?

A CSV spreadsheet exported from your EMR. VeriPhy includes a sample file showing the exact columns; a patient name, date of birth, and insurance are the essentials.

How many patients can I run at once?

A full day's schedule in a single run — and unlimited runs, since the license has no per-check fee. Larger practices and billers split lists across machines to go faster.

Does it log into every payer automatically?

It opens each payer's real login page for you to sign in once per run — you keep control of your credentials — then works the whole list on that portal.

Where do the results go?

Only to your own computer: a dated folder holding the results spreadsheet and every patient PDF. Nothing is sent to VeriPhy. See how →
